This photo is a cut-away from a photo taken in Feb. 2016 at the library’s Creative Arts & Quilt Show. The two-day event raised $9,000.00 for the library’s expansion project. While the photo cut-away doesn’t do the quilt (or the designer’s skills) justice, the theme of the quilt seems to capture what some of us may be feeling during this pandemic. It also seems a fitting reminder of the warmth and comfort our friends and family bring. Lynanne Rohlman DeGarmo designed and pieced this quilt. Her mother, Joyce Funke, did the machine quilting.
